Pact Nigeria is currently expanding its program portfolio and seeks highly experienced and qualified candidates to fill the above mentioned positions for an anticipated USAID program in Nigeria to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs) to become integral parts of election activities.

Details: 

The Chief of Party will represent the Project to USAID, local civil society CSOs, and relevant Nigerian authorities. 
The position will  be responsible for providing leadership, management and administrative oversight; supervising senior technical and administrative staff: and ensuring the project is progressing and meeting objectives.
