Job Title: Data Collector

Job Offer: Temporary Employment(3 months)

Location:  Borno and Yobe State



Allowance:

₦100,000 less applicable withholding tax (WTH at 5%=₦5,000); and the pertinent statutory deductions are in full as required by Nigeria statutory regulations.

Job Description: 

  • Prepare all equipment and devices for data collection activities
  • Work with partners at the LGA level to ensure good quality implementation of data collection activities geared towards Polio eradication.
  • Ensure effective leadership and coordination of all activities in the LGA
  • Provide adequate explanation to ward focal persons during LGA level trainings on data collection.
  • Understands and ensures eHealth privacy law and standards
  • Evaluates current systems to improve data reports 
  • Develops adhoc reports as necessary
  • Shares data with Colleagues and team leaders
  • Assists team with data collection requirements
  • Ensures the proper transmittal of Data to eHealth systems
  • Consults with staff on data coding problems and assists in developing means to correct the problems
  • Participate in meetings  
  • Provides on-going consultation and technical assistance
  • Will work in highly remote areas with other agencies in disaster data analysis.

  • Field Intelligence
  • Data Reporting and analytic competencies (content knowledge)
