Vacancy at Save the Children - Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor Position - Abuja


Save the Children is looking for experienced development professionals to work within the Nigeria Country Programme. These roles will be critical for the delivery of results for children expected by this programme. 

Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor
Type:    Full Time
Min Qualification:   MBA/MSc/MA
Experience:  5 years

Location:      Abuja




RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate Monitoring and Evaluation of all Health and Child Survival programmmes. Ensure implementation of the M&E plan for Health & Child Survival programmes; monitoring progress against planned activities, critical milestones and targets, leading health projects research and evaluation activities and ensuring reports are of the highest possible quality. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree in related field.
  •  5 years of professional experience; previous experience with local or intemational NGOs.
  • Advanced computer literacy (MS Office applications, web-based applications and advanced statistical package utilization e.g SPSS, STATA-12, OH IS etc).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Hausa is desirable) and ability to work in partnership with government and other NGO's staff.
